Successful realization of the educational seminar "Startup 2024"
On May 18 and 19, 2024 in Jurmala, at the Lielupe by Semarah Hotels, there were two days of educational financial seminar “Startup 2024”.
The main guest and speaker at the seminar was Valdemar Hartung, CEO of VIVAT Multitalent.

Within the framework of the report from VIVAT Multitalent, the seminar participants received comprehensive information about the situation on the German real estate market, development prospects, as well as got acquainted with the company’s indicators and successes of its investment activities.
For two days, the seminar participants delved into the topic of investments in renewable energy sources, with a focus on solar energy. These investment products are included in our advisory portfolio from the Latvian issuer SIA Solar Invest, represented by the company’s procurator Inga Iesalniece. From June 2024, the portfolio will be supplemented with products from the German issuer Germany SolarINVEST GmbH.
The seminar also covered other important topics of financial education: general overview of the financial market, analysis of alternative investment instruments, securities market regulation and liability of parties, SCI’s ethics in working with the client. All these issues were covered in detail by SCI agents/financial advisors: Ita Zālīte, Uldis Pastars, Aija Smila, Sandis Pūce, as well as special guest speakers from Finland Ivan Vlasov and Nadezhda Petrova.
During the two days of the conference, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss specific situations and receive individual consultations, which helped them to get a clearer picture of how to act in different market conditions. The event also emphasized the need for ongoing education and updated information in order to remain competitive and successfully manage investments.
