Some of our experienced partner companies have been successfully operating in the solar field for more than 10 years. Solar modules are produced in Germany (Made in Germany). We have the potential for better asset allocation and the ability to use the latest technology in the industry.
As the demand for cheap, clean and resource-saving energy is constantly growing in Europe, the business model of SIA Solar Invest is sustainable and future-oriented. Revenue comes from the sale of produced energy.
Renewable energy is not only a profitable form of capital investment, but also an investment in the preservation of our environment and the future of future generations.
The investor purchases the bonds issued by SIA “Solar Invest” through IBS “Spirit Capital Investments” SIA.
The Issuer purchases solar panels for the invested capital. They are manufactured, installed and serviced by a partner company whose production plant is located in Germany.
Purchased solar panels will be installed on existing properties (Solarpark Brandenburg and Solarpark Barnin)
Revenues are paid back to the Issuer after the sale of the produced solar energy. Repayment of the invested capital takes place when the bonds mature. The accrued interest is paid simultaneously with the invested capital.
