Some of our experienced partner companies have been successfully established in the solar energy sector for over 10 years. The solar modules are manufactured by our partner companies in Germany (Made in Germany). We therefore have the best possible use of resources and the latest industry know-how at our disposal.
Owing to the steadily increasing demand for cheap, clean and resource-saving energy in Europe, Germany SolarINVEST GmbH's business model is proving to be sustainable and future-oriented. Income is generated from the sale of the energy produced.

Investors acquire a bond (security) of the Issuer Germany SolarINVEST GmbH. A bond is a debt security which grants the bondholder the right to agreed fixed interest and the repayment of the paid-up capital. The bondholder does not participate in any profit.
Germany SolarINVEST GmbH will lease land from KVG Kiesgewinnungsgesellschaft mbH, Thölauer Straße 13, D-95615 Marktredwitz, Germany for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems. It will construct photovoltaic systems on this land, which it will operate in an independent capacity. The construction of three photovoltaic systems is initially planned. Two will have an output of 5 MWh each and one will have an output of 20 MWh. Investment costs of € 900,000.00 per megawatt hour are planned for the modules and their installation until operation of the system. This results in an investment volume of EUR 4.5 million each for the systems with 5 MWh and EUR 18 million for the system with 20 MWh.
The proceeds from the sale of the generated solar power are paid back to the Issuer. The loan capital is paid back on the repayment date. The agreed interest is paid to the investors during the term on a quarterly basis.
