Usefull information about the investment

Investment in projects in the area of renewable energies, especially photovoltaic systems

Energy supply in Europe has changed significantly in recent years and created a high demand for renewable energies. Germany Sun AG invests the acquired investment capital in renewable energies with a focus on photovoltaic systems.

Professional partners

Some of our experienced partner companies have been successfully established in the solar energy sector for over 10 years. The solar modules are manufactured by our partner companies in Germany (Made in Germany). We therefore have the best possible use of resources and the latest industry know-how at our disposal.

Attractive market of the future

Owing to the steadily increasing demand for cheap, clean and resource saving energy in Europe, Germany Sun AG's business model is proving to be sustainable and future-oriented. Income is generated mainly from the sale of the energy produced as well as from the rental and leasing and sale of photovoltaic systems.

Investment in the future

Renewable energies are not only a future-oriented form of capital investment but also represent an investment in the preservation of our environment and the future of the next generations.

Investment process

#1

Acquisition of a securities bond

Investors acquire a securities bond of the Issuer Germany Sun AG. A securities bond is a debt security which grants the bondholder the right to agreed fixed interest and the repayment of the paid-up capital. The bondholder does not participate in any profit.

#2

Investment with a focus on renewable energies

The Issuer uses the invested capital to purchase solar panels. These are manufactured, installed and maintained by a partner company with in house production in Germany. In addition to this, the Issuer invests in housing projects and combines them with investments in renewable energies where possible.

#3

Installation of the solar panels

Depending on the investment, solar panels are installed on existing or acquired plots of land (including Solarpark Brandenburg and Solarpark Barnin). Solar panels are fitted on the roof in the case of housing projects/properties.

#4

Repayment

The proceeds from the sale of the generated solar power and the rental and leasing of plots of land or systems are paid back to the Issuer. The investment capital is repaid on the repayment date. The agreed interest is paid to the investor during the term on a quarterly basis.
