Spirit Capital Investments has started cooperation with SIA Solar Invest

Spirit Capital Investments, an investment brokerage firm, has started cooperation with Solar Invest Ltd https://solar-invest.lv , which plans to raise funds for the development of solar power plant projects in Germany worth EUR 15 million within one year. The company will raise EUR 15 million through a savings bearer bond.

The initial placement of the bonds is gradual, with monthly issuance of unsecured bonds, and follows the Green Bond Principle. The Bonds are not held in a depository and are not traded on a regulated market.

The capital raising model is unique and tailored to the interests of Latvia’s small investors – the bond issue programme offers investors several bond maturities – 5, 10, 15 and 20 years with an attractive fixed 6% annual interest rate. Regular monthly instalments are available from EUR 50 and interest will be paid on the maturity date.

The initial placement of the bond programme is being carried out by the investment brokerage company Spirit Capital Investments Ltd. and its tied agents – who are accepting bond purchase orders and providing comprehensive investment advice on Solar Invest Ltd.’s investment project in Germany.

The first bond issue took place already on 01.05.2024, which resulted in investors subscribing for 1.23 million EUR. The bond subscription amount is EUR 1.23 million.

The SIA Solar Invest savings bonds will be available until 28.01.2025 or until the entire issue amount has been sold. Further bond issues will be registered on the 1st of each month.
