Spirit Capital Investments SIA (hereinafter – “SCI”) hereby informs clients who have purchased accumulating bonds issued by SIA “Solar Invest”, SIA “Multi Invest” or SIA “Stone Capital” and continue to make payments in accordance with the terms of their respective agreements.
SCI is currently aware of information concerning financial difficulties and payment delays affecting certain companies associated with the activities of the above-mentioned issuers, as well as information regarding the possible discontinuation of the existing business model within the next two years. At present, SCI does not have sufficient written financial information to fully assess the potential impact of these circumstances on each individual issuer or on its ability to meet its obligations towards investors.
SIA “Solar Invest”, SIA “Multi Invest” and SIA “Stone Capital” are separate legal entities. Financial difficulties experienced by other related companies do not, in themselves, mean that the above-mentioned issuers are experiencing similar difficulties. Nevertheless, the current uncertainty constitutes a material consideration when deciding whether to make further investments.
SCI encourages clients to contact their SCI tied agent before making their next payment, in order to receive the latest information currently available to SCI and to individually assess the appropriate course of action in relation to their specific investment.
Before deciding not to make, or to alter, any payments provided for under the relevant agreement, clients should consider the terms and conditions of the respective bond issue and agreement, as well as the potential consequences of such a decision.
SCI continues to request and assess information concerning each issuer separately. Clients will be informed of any new material and sufficiently verifiable information that may affect SCI clients or the relevant financial instruments.
