SIA “Spirit Capital Investments” provides an update on the status of interest payments for Q3 2026 based on operational information provided by issuer representatives to investment agents.
Issuers whose interest payments are delayed and for which no payment date has currently been determined:

Issuers whose interest payments are planned to be made during October 2026:
- Unique Capital
- VIVAT Solution GmbH & Co. KG
- VIVAT Exclusive GmbH
Issuers whose payment obligations have not yet fallen due:
- SIA “Multi Invest”
- SIA “Solar Invest”
- SIA “Stone Capital”
With respect to the accumulating bonds of these three issuers, SIA “Spirit Capital Investments” has asked the issuers to confirm in writing that the 18% contractual penalty provided for in the issue prospectuses will not be applied to investors who decide not to continue making further contributions towards the purchase of accumulating bonds. The issuers’ response on this matter is currently pending.
